Who we are

What we do

You upload a photo and pictures of a loved one who has passed. We use AI image models to place that person into the photo, and into a few memorial scenes if your package includes them. You see free, watermarked previews first and only pay if you want to keep one.

Who can use All of Us

You must be at least 18 years old. You can order for yourself and your family. There are no accounts; your album is reached through a private link we email you, so keep that link to yourself.

Your photos

When you upload a photo, you confirm that:

• you took it, own it, or otherwise have the right to use it, and
• you have the right to use the likeness of the people in it, or a reasonable belief that they or their close family would be comfortable with what you are making.

You keep all rights to your photos. You give us permission to store and process them only to make your pictures, run the service and support you. That permission ends when your photos are deleted. We don't use your photos to train AI models and we don't show them to anyone else. Our Privacy Policy explains how long we keep them.

What you can't upload

Please don't upload:

• photos of celebrities or public figures,
• photos of other people that you don't have permission to use,
• explicit or sexual content, or violent content,
• anything inappropriate involving minors, or
• anything meant to deceive, harass or impersonate someone.

We screen photos automatically and may refuse a photo without explanation. If we believe someone is misusing the service, we may stop their project and delete the photos. If you paid for that project, our usual 7-day refund policy applies.

What the finished pictures are

The pictures we make are artistic recreations. They are created by AI from the photos you give us, and they show a moment that didn't happen in the way it appears. They are not a record of a real event, and they should not be presented as one where that could mislead someone, for example as evidence or in official documents.

AI results vary. Faces, hands and small details are sometimes off. That is why you see previews before paying, and why paid packages include redos. We can't promise any particular result.

Once you have paid, the finished pictures are yours to keep, print and share for personal use. You are responsible for how you share them.

Prices and payment

Prices are one-time payments in US dollars: The photo $29, Keepsake set $49, Whole family $79. There is no subscription and nothing renews. If you upgrade later, you pay only the difference between the two packages. Payments are handled by our payment processor; we never see your full card details.

Refunds

If you are not happy, email us within 7 days for a full refund. The details are in our Refund Policy.

How long your album lasts

Paid albums stay online for 365 days. We email you 14 days before they expire. Please download anything you want to keep. You can delete your album sooner at any time.

Things outside our control

We work hard to keep the site running, but it is provided "as is". We don't promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the order in question. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.

If you break these terms

If you use the service against these terms, for example to upload photos you have no right to use, you are responsible for any claims that result, and you agree to cover our reasonable costs from them.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes don't apply to orders you have already paid for.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. If there is a dispute, please write to us first; most things can be sorted out by email. If not, it will be handled by the courts of Wyoming, unless your local consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
