Will you change anyone else in my photo?
No. Everyone already in your photo stays exactly as they are. We only add the person you choose, and we leave the rest of the picture alone.
What if it doesn't look like them?
That is why you see 3 previews before paying anything. If none of them feels right, you owe nothing. A clear, front-facing photo of them gives the closest likeness, and paid plans include free redos.
Is my photo private?
Yes. Only you can see your photos. We never share them or use them anywhere else, and everything is deleted from our servers after 30 days. Your original file is never changed.
Can I use a very old or small photo?
Usually, yes. Faded prints, scratched scans and phone pictures of a printed photo all work. If we think a photo is too small to give a good result, we will tell you before you pay.
Can I print it?
Yes. Every plan includes a full-resolution, print-ready version, so it prints cleanly for a frame, a card or a memorial board. Take the file to any print shop or order from home.
