Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 28, 2026
The photos you bring here are often the most personal ones you own. This page explains, in plain words, what we collect, why, who helps us process it, how long we keep it, and how you can delete it.
Who we are
All of Us (allofusphoto.com) is run by Jacob Logic Technology LLC, a Wyoming company. When this policy says "we" or "us", it means that company.

What we collect
There are no accounts and no passwords. We only collect what we need to make your photo and keep the service from being abused.
- Your photos. The photo you want to add someone to, one or more photos of the person who has passed, and, for one of our memorial scenes, an optional photo of a living family member.
- Your email address. We ask for it only at checkout, so we can send your album link, and on the Find my photos page if you ask us to resend that link.
- Your IP address and a device cookie. We set one cookie of our own, called
aou_did, holding a random ID. Together with your IP address it lets us limit free previews to one project per device or network per day. It is not used for advertising and it does not follow you to other sites. - A bot check. Before we generate free previews, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that you are a person. It gives us a one-time token, which we verify and then discard.
We also keep the ordinary records a shop needs: what you ordered, the amount, and whether the payment went through. We never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
- To check your photos (find the faces, and block content we don't allow; see below).
- To create your previews and, if you buy, your finished photos.
- To email you your album link and one reminder before your album expires.
- To stop abuse, like one person generating hundreds of free previews.
- To answer you when you write to us.
That is the full list. We don't send marketing emails, and we don't sell or rent your information to anyone.
We never train on your photos
We never use your photos to train AI models, and we never use them as examples on our website. The examples you see on our pages were made separately for that purpose.
What we check for, and why
Every photo is screened automatically before we generate anything. We look for faces so we know who to place, and we block photos of celebrities and public figures, explicit content, violence, and any inappropriate content involving minors. If a photo is blocked, we won't process it further.
Who processes your data
We use a small number of service providers. Each one gets only what it needs for its job. Our providers process your photos only to deliver the service, under their own terms.
| Provider | What it does for us | What it receives |
|---|---|---|
| Amazon Web Services (Rekognition) | Face detection, celebrity detection, and content moderation | Your uploaded photos |
| WaveSpeed | Runs the image models that create your photos (models from OpenAI and Google) | Your uploaded photos and our instructions |
| Cloudflare R2 | Stores your uploads, previews and finished photos | Your photos |
| Cloudflare Turnstile | Checks you are not a bot | Browser signals used for the check |
| Neon | Our database | Order records, email address, IP address, device ID |
| Upstash | Counts free previews to enforce daily limits | Device ID and IP address |
| Resend | Sends our emails | Your email address and the email content |
| Vercel | Hosts the website | Standard request data such as IP address |
| Our payment processor | Takes your payment | Payment details you enter at checkout |
Some of these providers are based in the United States or process data in other countries. By using All of Us, you understand your data may be processed outside the country where you live.
How long we keep things
- If you don't buy: your uploads and previews are deleted automatically 30 days after you create the project.
- If you buy: your album stays available for 365 days. We email you 14 days before it expires so you have time to download everything. After that, the photos are deleted.
- If you get a refund: the album is deleted.
- Anytime you like: press "Delete my photos" on your album page, or email support@allofusphoto.com, and we delete your photos once your request is processed.
Deleting your album deletes your photos from our storage. Our providers handle any temporary copies under their own terms. Once photos are deleted, their links stop working. We may keep a basic record of the order (amount, date, email) for as long as tax and accounting rules require, but not the photos.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to support@allofusphoto.com from the email you used at checkout so we can find your order. We'll handle your request within the time the law requires. Depending on where you live (for example in the EU, the UK or California), you may have further rights under local law, and you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Photos of other people
The photos you upload show people other than you: the person who has passed and your family. Please only upload photos you have the right to use, and that the people in them (or their families) would be comfortable with. If you appear in a photo someone else uploaded and want it removed, email us and we will help.
Children
All of Us is for adults aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect information from children. Family photos may include children, which is why we block any inappropriate content involving minors.
Security
Photos are stored privately, not in public folders. Album links contain a long random ID that can't be guessed, and photos are served through short-lived links. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep what we hold to a minimum and delete it on the schedule above.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. If we make an important change, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
